Los Gaon Chart Music Awards son organizados por la Asociación de Industria de Contenidos Musicales de Corea del Sur y además son patrocinados por el Ministerio de Cultura, Deporte y Turismo. En su edición 11, la gala principal se llevará a cabo el jueves 27 de enero (KST).

BTS no ha confirmado su asistencia para los Gaon Chart Music Awards; sin embargo, con cuatro nominaciones en la premiación de Corea del Sur, ARMY espera que el grupo k-pop sea uno de los máximos ganadores de la gala.
