La fujimorista acusó a su homólogo de “no tener pantalones” para poner a debate el informe de reforma electoral que trabajó. Invito a la reflexiona a cada uno de nuestro parlamentarios para que se pueda llevar un debate alturado, sobre el fondo”, declaró Torres en conferencia de prensa. Donayre abandonó la sesión de la comisión abruptamente cuando sostuvo que el titular del referido grupo multipartidario impone temas en la agenda “por órdenes de su jefa”, Keiko Fujimori. En este sentido, el parlamentario naranja replicó que las decisiones en Fuerza Popular se toman de forma democrática. Argumentó que, como es público, todas las semanas se reúnen con la excandidata presidencial para administrar los debates pendientes. “Las decisiones se toman de manera democrática, rechazo esas imputaciones. (...) Vuelvo invocar a la reconexión para desarrollar las normas de nuestro país”, acotó el titular de la Comisión de Constitución. Sobre si Patricia Donayre merece algún tipo de sanción por su comportamiento, Torres acotó que no es partidario de algún tipo de castigo. “Sino reflexiones y análisis”, recalcó.
