Venezuela entró en alerta y toma medidas preventivas luego de que se anunciara la llegada de un “potente” ciclón tropical. De acuerdo con Nicolás Maduro, jefe del estado venezolano, el ciclón entró a territorio llanero durante la madrugada de este miércoles 29 de junio.
La anomalía climática está provocando lluvias en diversos puntos del país bolivariano. Ante esta amenaza, el gobierno venezolano ha optado por suspender diversas actividades cotidianas durante el 29 y 30 de junio: entre ellas, las clases presenciales.

Una de las ciudades donde el ciclón tropical iba a impactar “duramente” es La Guaira. A continuación las imágenes de hoy, en horas de la mañana, que muestran cómo dejó el escenario el paso de esta anomalía climática en la costa venezolana.

El ciclón entrará al país desde el este y se trasladará hacia el oeste, impactando “directamente” en los estados Sucre, Anzoátegui, Nueva Esparta, Miranda, La Guaira, Aragua, Carabobo, Falcón, Zulia y el Distrito Capital.
“Vamos a tener muchas lluvias, se esperan lluvias prolongadas, vientos sostenidos con alta velocidad”, dijo la vicepresidenta de Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez.
Un ciclón es una concentración anormal de nubes que gira en torno a un centro de baja presión atmosférica, cuyos vientos convergentes rotan en sentido contrario a las manecillas del reloj a grandes velocidades. Sus principales afectaciones son por descarga de lluvia, viento, oleaje y marea de tormenta, según informa la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
