Por medio del portal Animé News Network, Toei Animation tomó las quejas de los que compraron el producto e indicó que habrá reembolsos por lo ocurrido, además que publicaría la escena de forma original, y también la versión censurada. Las dos primeras imágenes pertenecen a la película ‘El Combate Final’, versión que mostró por tercera vez a Broly y dio paso a crear uno de los peores personajes de la franquicia, como fue el Bio Broly.
